Terms of Use

1. The Service

Sagor ("Sagor Kuwait", "Smart Sagor", also operating as TierraKW Transport) provides subscription-based staff transportation in Kuwait: door-to-door pick-up only, drop-off only and round trip bus services currently covering Salmiya, Hawali and Kuwait City areas. By registering, booking or riding, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Prices & Subscriptions

Prices are shown per area on the home page and at checkout before you pay — the price you see is the price you are charged.

A seat is reserved for you only after successful payment. Unpaid or expired subscriptions do not hold a seat.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway (Payzah) using KNET and supported cards. We never store your card details.

A booking confirmation with your reference number is issued after payment — keep it for support requests.

4. Renewals & Cancellations

You can renew from the passenger portal before or after your pass expires. Renewal uses the current published price for your area and trip type, and your new period starts from the date you select.

Cancellation and refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment gateway.

5. Passenger Conduct

Be at your pick-up point on time — buses cannot wait for late passengers.

Your subscription is personal and non-transferable.

We may suspend service for repeated misconduct, with any refund assessed per the Refund Policy.

6. Liability

We work hard to run on time, every time, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or events outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected subscription period.

7. Governing Law
